Now that your Vacation Station site is ready - let's add the final details!
Log Into Your Vacation Station Site
You can access your Vacation Station site administration page two ways:
- Go directly to your login page at https://yourdomain.vacationstation.org/login (replace yourdomain with the domain name you entered during setup, also found in your registration email).
- Go to your Vacation Station site (https://yourdomain.vacationstation.org) and click on the "Admin Login" link at the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
You will be taken to a login screen that looks like the image here. Enter your username (or email) and password that you setup during registration.
Forgot your password? Click the link below the login screen and a password reset email will be sent to the email you registered with.
After you login you will taken to your Admin Dashboard.
Admin and Sales Dashboard
Your Admin dashboard provides you with analytics, sales data links, support information, and site customization instructions. We may also push notifications to you about changes to the Vacation Station platform through your dashboard. You also access your Site Settings through the menu on the left side of your Admin Dashboard.
Your Sales Dashboard is separate from your Admin Dashboard, and is opened by clicking the link in the Sales Data box. You can also reach your Sales Dashboard directly by going to https://yourdomain.vacationstation.org/order-manager/ (replace yourdomain with the domain you chose during setup).
Site Settings is where most of the donor facing changes to your site can be made.
1. Click on ‘Site Settings’ in the menu on the left and fill in the fields with your organization’s information. Most of the fields should already be filled in from when you generated the site.
1a. Note – the contact information in the Site Settings will be visible to your donors. Please use public facing information for the person or department you would like donors to contact if they have questions about your organization.
1b. If you upload a logo file on the Identity tab it will replace your organizations logo at the top of your site. Please make sure you upload a high quality and appropriately sized file. You do not have to upload a logo.
1c. Please make sure you update the information on the “Contact” tab, including a public facing email address.
2. After you finish filling in your organizations contact information, click on the “Non Profit Details” tab.
2a. Please make sure you fill in all fields and replace the placeholder text. Feel free to use paragraphs on this tab to describe your organization and how you will use funds from sales.
2b. Org Image – Click on “Add Image” and then drag and drop an image that you would like to see on your site that best represents your organization.
2c. Logo2 – Click on “Add Image” and upload a logo file. This logo will show up on the Contact page and the homepage (but won’t replace your organizations name at the top like the logo option under Business Details).
When you’re done filling in details and adding images, click on the “Update” button in the Publish box.
